Upon booking your appointment you will receive a verification email within 10 minutes. Photos will be delivered the following day. Photographer will open curtains, turn on lights, and close toilet bowls. Other than that Photographer is not responsible for cleaning or moving or removing any items on the property. That is the sole responsibility of the agent and/or owner of the property. Free drone photos are providing unless FAA airspace restrictions prohibit aerial flights at your property. If after 15 minutes photographer is unable to access the property then a $50 cancellation fee will be accessed. If work crews are present and photographer is unable to commence shooting at the appointment time, then photographer will leave the property and you will be accessed $50 fee. Please do not have cleaning or work crews present at the scheduled appointment time.
